Uniform or fair
Games, dice & loot tables
Random choices create uncertain play, but “fair” means matching the published distribution.
Evaluation card
What “plenty” means here.
- Required property
- Correct weighted sampling, clear odds, and—when money or adversaries are involved—tamper resistance.
- If it fails
- Bias, predictable state, or hidden probability changes produce unfair outcomes.
- Relevant attacker
- Players predicting future draws, operators manipulating odds, or accidental implementation bias.
- The Plenty Line
- Match the generator strength to the stakes, test the sampler, and make material odds auditable.
- Why more is not automatically better
- Cryptographic randomness cannot make a deliberately lopsided or undisclosed reward table fair.

The Plentropy rule
Protect the requirement, then stop.
Match the generator strength to the stakes, test the sampler, and make material odds auditable.
Once that claim has comfortable evidence and margin, improve the next limiting factor instead of worshipping a larger entropy number.
