Dice can be watched, clocks can be guessed, hands move in habits, circuits change with temperature, and a distant service can disappear. Each source needs its own question sheet.

A spinner may favor blue, repeat the last color, or slowly change as its axle warms. Counting blue once catches only the first problem. A trustworthy machine watches several kinds of change.

Can someone shake the dice table?
A die may be fair when left alone. If the guesser can tilt the table, watch through a camera, or choose when you roll, the same die gives less protection.

A checkup can catch sickness, not prove honesty
A thermometer can warn that a machine is overheating. A normal temperature does not prove every part is healthy—or that nobody replaced the machine with a clever imitation.

A filter cleans; it does not invent water
Mixing many uneven drops can fill a cleaner cup. But if the pipe is dry, even the best filter cannot create a drink. The system must notice, stop, and recover safely.
